I’ve been ever so excited to share this post with you today all about one of my favourite outfits of the moment. Now, some people see January and winter as dull months and find themselves longing for spring and I’m not saying I’m not one of those people, trust me, I cannot wait for spring! But something I always try to do to brighten up this time of year is to inject a little spring into my wardrobe (but still keep it particle for the chilly days). This is one of those outfits that does just that.

It’s an absolute must that we talk about these incredible trousers first; I’d been pinning over these ever since seeing the oh so lovely Freddy (from Freddy My Love) wearing them at the end of last year and when out sales shopping on the first week of January I spotted these beauties in the sale, and new they had to be mine! Luckily out of the few sizes left in store, one pair was my size – if that isn’t fate, I don’t know what is!

In the stunning baby pink shade with a subtle large check detailing and culotte style leg they make for the perfect transition piece; not only from winter into spring but also from day-time into evening too. I happily wear this on a Saturday afternoon pursuing my favourite shops to dressing them up a little in the evening with the perfect accessories, a change of coat and removing the beret – perfect!

I simply paired these beautiful trousers with a simple off-white high-neck from Zara (only £9.99 and comes in an array of neutral colours and easy to wear). Also, my new favourite shoes that also are the perfect pair for work during the day and then in the evening for drinks too – Can you tell I love a versatile piece?

The beret is a must during the day, especially when the wind is cold. This perfectly pink one is from Accesorize, who also stock them in the best array of colours.

For this occasion I chucked over my light-weight Mac from New Look, but on evening occasions I’ve paired it with a black flute sleeved coat and black accessories for a even more put-together look (my favourite)!

I can’t wait to inject even more pink and blush tones into my wardrobe as I just cannot get enough of them at the moment #SpringPlease!
