Workwear: Chanel inspired

I adore Chanel, as a brand, as a designer and am always gathering inspiration from the collections and every fashion week I am just in awe of their creations. Now, the product I can actually afford from Chanel is their beauty range (mainly their lipsticks). So, I am always on the hunt for pieces that remind me of the brand – Dupes, if you will.

I picked up this beautiful skirt from Matalan for about £16. I love the colours that run through it, it’s feminine, smart and chic. It’s just the right length for me, comfortable to wear all day and gives that effortless look to an actually simple outfit – Perfect!

This cardigan I picked up for a minimal £10 from Primark (I know right!) – I honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw it in there. I am hoping they will release it in cream with black contrast hems. The pearl buttons are a dainty, pretty touch and add that expensive look to a very affordable look. And pair perfectly with my pointed flats, £8 from Primark. A statement shoe is the perfect accessory to dress up the most simplest of outfits.

All paired perfectly with my basic black tee from Zara and one of my most precious pieces of jewellery from my love, Al.
